I’m a product and technology leader passionate about using data and AI to make financial services simpler, safer, and more human.

Over the past two decades, I’ve led large-scale transformation programmes across banking, fintech, and data — from core banking and financial crime to analytics and customer onboarding. My experience spans both enterprise leadership (NatWest, RBS, Deutsche Bank) and startup innovation (Carsift, bigspark).

At bigspark, I partner with financial institutions and fintechs to modernise their data and product capabilities — designing cloud-native platforms, building product-led operating models, and accelerating AI adoption.

I’m also increasingly working with founders and scale-ups as an advisor and product/technology mentor — helping them scale teams, platforms, and governance as they grow.
